ross is a divine little town in the tassie midlands. it is made up of the most beautiful sandstone buildings and cottages. it seems to be the town that time forgot. for me, the biggest reason to visit this tiny spot is the scallop pies from the bakery & tea room on the main road. they are so very tasty...
