poppies
before moving to the twigs i didn't realise that tassie was the only place in australia that poppies were able to be legally grown. recently whilst driving through the midlands bb & i spotted these gorgeous blooms. i know that they are a little bit controversial but there is no denying they are beautiful.

honesty
i love to look for different 'honesty' items scattered along the roadside. its so quintessentially country, not to mention handy.
