the river

bb loves the river.  it's his favourite bit of the twigs.  i on the other hand hadn’t given it too much time, until recently. i have made an effort lately to pay it more attention. its beautiful, really quite lovely. i walked along the bank last week just after the sun had come up and i was mesmerised by how still and serene it was.  it was like a mirror – perfectly reflecting the sky, trees and clouds. gorgeous.
