you may have heard that luke burgess from garagistes in hobart recently won the 2012 gourmet traveller best new talent award. what an amazing accolade! bb & i went to garagistes not long after we moved to tassie - we loved it! bb's dad was in town visiting at the time. he was such a fan of the amazing ridgeline pottery plates that he ordered his very own set. have a look at them here & here on the lovely 'occasional food fairy' blog.
