save the red awnings. that is the thought on my mind when i stroll by 26 murray street, hobart. there are 2 camps on the island at the moment - those for and those against keeping them up. the heritage council wants them taken down as the building owners didn't comply with city regulations. i think they look great... save the red awnings!!!
i love them too - god forbid they should be beige.
